Ordering Information

HOW WE SHIP ORIGINAL ART:

All paintings will be carefully packed in a wooden crate and will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Customer will be notified by telephone of the estimated arrival time of the package as soon as possible. For both your and our protection, any art piece shipped must be signed for upon delivery at the final destination.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

The cost of shipping original art will be determined based on the art piece and location of where the art piece will be shipped. My Dad the Artist will advise the purchaser of the cost of shipping prior to finalization of the order for original art. Please be sure to include both a daytime and evening phone number on your order form.

RETURN POLICY:

In order to guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee on the any item, up to a period of 30 days post - shipment. The unused item must be returned in satisfactory condition. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
